The difference

You name the fare

Set what you are willing to pay. A driver can take it as it stands, which matches you immediately, or counter higher and leave the choice to you. A counteroffer can never come in under your price.

Students only

Every account is verified against a @gsumail.gram.edu address, so the person picking you up is from your campus.

Cash, direct

Pay your driver in person at the end of the trip. Gruber takes no commission and never handles your card details.

The first student driver to accept your fare is matched with you on the spot. Anyone who wants more sends a counteroffer instead.

If nobody takes your price, the counteroffers come to you with each driver's rating and trip count. Pick one and watch them arrive on the map.

Give your driver the pickup code, take the ride, and settle up directly at the end.
